2011-05-16 16:33 - Femme metal festival
On the 29th and 30th May, the second Femme metal festival will take place. The festival is being held at the Asylum venue in Birmingham, which is a great venue a short walk from the city centre. The headliners are Theatre des vampires, and Revamp, and there is a strong supporting lineup. Revamp recently supported Epica on their UK tour in March, and went down extremely well with the crowds. For those who dont know, Revamp is fronted by singer Floor Jansen, who is best known from her time with After Forever.
The festival is being held in aid of the Macmillan cancer support charity, so please come along and help raise funds for this excellent cause.
