The album landed on the UK Official Rock & Metal Chart at #17!
Meanwhile, in the US The Nexus went straight in at #1 on the US iTunes Metal Chart on day of release!
In Finland, the album entered the national charts at at #4, and in Sweden at #6; it was also #1 on the Swedish rock charts.

AMARANTHE’s new music video for The Nexus has racked up OVER 1.4 MILLION views since its release on January 25th! The video is available for viewing now on VEVO at this link. The clip was directed by Patric Ullaeus, who has previously worked with names such as In Flames, Arch Enemy & Dimmu Borgir; he was also responsible for AMARANTHE’s video ‘The Hunger’, the lead single from the band’s highly successful debut, now at a whopping 4 million YouTube views (and counting).
The six have an extensive on-the-road plan locked into place; their current co-headline European tour with Finnish metallers Stratovarius sees them visiting 13 different countries, from Slovakia through to Spain; then the spring/summer will be spent at a variety of major European festivals - Sweden Rock, Nova Rock in Austria, Graspop in Belgium, Tuska in Finland, Metaltown & Getaway in Sweden and more, with the Full Metal Cruise (leaving from Hamburg, Germany) lined up for May.
