Håkan Hellström born 2nd April 1974 in Gothenburg. He is a Swedish pop, and ballad singer, musician and songwriter. He debuted as a solo artist in 2000 with the album "Känn ingen sorg för mig Göteborg." He has since established himself as one of the largest and most popular artists.

Hellström's lyrics are as much about love, sadness and alienation, and the songs are often played out in the Gothenburg area.

Hellström, along with his band "Augustifamiljen", famous for his energetic and often acclaimed live performances.
